A very surprising new pony has been spotted on the Vietnamese online shopping website Shopee: Scout Kindheart, which is tied to the partnership between Hasbro and Girl Scouts of the USA. Alongside her the same listing also reveals Sparkle Series Izzy and Pipp.
The Girl Scouts have been running a My Little Pony G5 campaign since 2021, where participants get MLP-themed objectives to complete and can afterwards buy a sew-on patch with either Izzy and Sunny (2021) or Pipp and Zipp (2022). In 2023 there hasn't been any news in regards to their partnership, but as we learned today something is (or was) in the works! We say that with the needed caution because, aside from the photos in this post, we don't have any other information to go buy in regards to Scout Kindheart. The packaging has a proper retail design, including the needed warnings, logos and a hanger on the top of the box. This indicates that the pony is/was planned for a store release, and not just for sale from the Girl Scout online shop. Sadly the text on the back of the box is too small to read, the same goes for the product code.
Scout Kindheart is a brand new pegasus featuring a (mint)green body and hot pink hair. Her cutie mark is the Girl Scout logo in pink. She comes with 25 accessories, including a styling beret, sash, badges and a friendship bracelet you can wear yourself.
Also found on Shopee are new 6" version of Izzy Moonbow and (Princess) Pipp Petals. They are released as part of the Sparkle Series featuring sparkly/glittery cutie marks. Apart from that feature there doesn't seem to be anything other special about them, there isn't even a mention of an including comb or other accessories. Their product number matches that of Hasbro releases in late 2023, so they are a relatively recent creation.
Wether and when Scout Kindheart and the Sparkle Series will be released is currently unknown. Hasbro manufactures some of their toys in Vietnam, and it's likely that these originate from there.
Thanks to Tori for the heads-up!
Well, I certainly am interested! I do hope that it won't be too exclusive.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that the Scout pony is the only really interesting thing here.
ReplyDeletei think she’s super cute!
ReplyDeleteThe back of the pack says:
ReplyDelete"Scout Kindheart loves being a Girl Scout! She learns fun new skills and earns badges to proudly display on her sash!"
"Start your own amazing adventures and forever friendships with Girl Scouts and My Little Pony!"

ReplyDeleteIsn't she cute? I used to be a girl scout. Digging those watermelon shades. Not to crazy about those thin, spidery legs. But oh well, she's new.
ReplyDeleteThe so-called sparkle ponies are butt ugly.

ReplyDeleteis she getting added to the database? Nothing from her upwards seems to be getting added either
ReplyDeletethey have been updating the toy pool database more often and not this one :(, did you see the giant sunny starscout playset they have on Amazon now? it looks awesome!
DeleteIt does!! I love the concept and would love to see one for the rest of the main cast
DeleteIzzy and Pipp are ok, the head is kinda weird and I think they could have more mane and tail but they're good to a play line merch, and about Scout Kindheart, I absolutelly loved her, I love when Hasbro introduce a character by the merchandise, and also love when there's a exclusive merch merch, which means the character won't be on the show, she isn't on the show yet, and I hope she never be, I'm pretty sure she's gonna be rare, and I've already saw people complaining that Hasbro is free-plastic but instead of box plastic there are a massive quantity of acessories, but that's good, instead of making box plastic that will be throw in the trash, Hasbro use this plastic to make toys who'll be useful for collectors or even child who just want to play.
