My Little Pony G5 Plush by Play by Play

Almost two months ago the first G5 plush were spotted. They were made by Just Play, were quite small and had manes made out of single pieces of fabric. Now the company Play by Play has listed new G5 plushies on their Spanish website, which look very different than the ones found before.

My Little Pony Hatsune Miku Kotobukiya Bishoujo Statue
I gotta be honest, I really did not see this one coming but it's true, and I like it. Now that Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are up for pre-order it was only a matter of time before we've gotten an announcement for a new upcoming statue, many people were speculating that it might be Starlight Glimmer, Trixie, the CMC or other popular characters from the TV show, but instead it's Hatsune Miku!

This statue is designed by Shunya Yamashita and is part of the large MikuWorldCollab which is a collaboration project between Miku and popular IPs from around the world such as Pusheen, Over Action Rabbit and also My Little Pony! Alongside Hatsune Miku herself she will be bundled with an actual Pony Miku as well which looks really cute in my opinion.

So far no other information has been revealed yet but we'll let you know once images of the Prototype arrive.

Egmont Releases First Brushable Figure in New UK Magazine

We occasionally post about the latest MLP magazines from the UK and Europe when a new freebie figure is included. When looking at their page in the MLP Merch Database you'll notice one thing: they all have molded manes!

Well, that's no longer the case as of this month, as today Egmont releases UK issue #141 with a brushable Applejack figure. The figure itself looks very similar to the molds they used for the regular versions, but instead of her hat and molded mane/tail this figure has long brushable locks. Especially her tail looks quite long as it seems to almost wrap around.

Combined with the magazine is also a set of stickers and accessories, including a tiny comb. What the quality of the hair is, and whether the comb goes through the hair smoothly, is currently unknown. If you've managed to find the magazine and want to share your thought, feel free to let us know in the comments!

Thanks to Sebby for the heads-up!

While both Princess Celestia and Luna were announced at the same time to join the Bishoujo line-up, the younger sister of the two, Princess Luna is now already available for pre-order. We did see several stages already of the Princess Celestia one including an unpainted prototype, but now, 1,5 month later Kotobukiya has now revealed the final look for Celestia.

My Little Pony G5 Pipp and Sunny Figures

The newest issue of the Toyworld Magazine includes some nice pictures of some of the upcoming G5 toys. The first being the Sunny Starscout which we already saw during Hasbro's Investor event this year, however, now we finally get a better look at it alongside an upcoming toy of Pipp.
