This game came out of nowhere, but not totally surprising. Hasbro has been combining their gaming IPs with My Little Pony dozens of times, and this seems to be their next addition. This particular version seems to be distributed by Winning Moves, but both My Little Pony and Guess Who? are licensed by Hasbro.
This version still runs on the old concept of guessing which person (or pony in this case) is on the card of the other person, and by flipping away ponies that don't match the description you can find out who it is, but here's the catch: You can only ask questions which the opponent can answer with yes or no! By asking the right questions (and a bit of luck) you'll need to find out which of the 48 ponies is on the card!
I personally think that My Little Pony is a great brand to be combined with Guess Who? as the ponies have many differences that could make this game harder. I will assume that 'Is it a girl?' won't get you far in this game, as most ponies are mares. Guessing a coat color also won't help much as there are dozens to choose from. Your best bets would be questions like 'Is it a pegasus?' or 'Is she part of the mane 6?'. Depending on what they show on the cards, you could also guess their cutie mark, mane color or trivial questions about the show (as long as the other players watched the episodes of course!).
You can get the board game right now on Amazon for $23.85 with free shipping.
